Privacy Policy
Version 1.3 — effective as of October 10, 2026
This Policy explains what personal data CheshireKat processes, for what purposes, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law Ley 25.326 and its implementing regulations.
1. Data controller
The controller of the database is Eduardo Daniel Vázquez, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 20-12766543-6, domiciled at Viamonte 611, piso 4°, depto. "A", Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Email for any inquiry about your data: evazquez@amcisys.com.ar.
2. What data we process and why

We do not use advertising, commercial profiling, third-party analytics tools or tracking pixels. We do not sell or rent personal data.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Mercado Pago, which acts as an independent controller of the data you provide to it (for example, your card details), in accordance with its own policies. We only receive the payment result and its identifiers. We never receive or store your card details.
4. Cookies
The Site uses only technical cookies that are essential for it to work:

We do not use third-party cookies. Fonts and all Site resources are served from our own server: your browser does not connect to other companies when you visit us.
5. Legal basis
We process your data:
- with your consent, given when you create the account or submit a form;
- to the extent necessary to perform the contract you enter into with us;
- to comply with legal obligations (Ley 25.326, art. 5).
6. Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to provide the service, and under an obligation to keep it confidential:
- Mercado Pago: processing of payments and subscriptions.
- Server hosting provider: where the Site runs.
- Email delivery provider: to deliver the service communications to you.
- Authorities: when required by a regulation or a court order.
7. How long we keep it

8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- encrypted connection (HTTPS);
- passwords stored as a hash using an algorithm designed for that purpose;
- device identifiers stored only as a fingerprint;
- restricted access to the administration panel, with logging of actions;
- backups.
9. Your rights
As the data subject, you may:
- Access your data free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months, unless you prove a legitimate interest in doing so earlier (Ley 25.326, art. 14).
- Request its rectification, updating or deletion. We respond within 5 business days (Ley 25.326, art. 16).
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out or data that the law requires us to keep.

THE AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION AGENCY), in its capacity as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25.326, has the power to handle the complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection. 10. Minors
The Site is not directed at persons under 18 years of age, and you must be of legal age to purchase. If we detect data of a minor entered without the authorization of their legal representatives, we delete it.
11. Data processed by the Apps
This Policy covers the Site and the licensing service. Each App may process other data while in use, for example through optional features you enable. This is stated in the EULA and in each App's documentation.
12. Changes
If we change this Policy, we update the version and the date at the beginning. If the change is significant, we notify you by email before applying it.
